The next step is to gather the facts and define the approach in solving the problem.
As we envision the result, we will assemble a team that will help us achieve the desired goal.

Our third step is to prototype several solutions and examine several alternative directions.

In collaboration with the client, we narrow down the direction by choosing the better solution.
We then refine that solution into the best solution.

We then deliver the solution and confirm that it meets the client's needs and our vision of the final result.

Finally, we request feedback from our clients and we ask them to review our process with the creative review. This will help us assess our client's satisfaction, continue to refine our process, and build strong relationships.
